Turkey’s Highest Price Districts in Real Estate:

The tourist districts in Turkey are considered from the best real estate investment districts for both the Turkish citizen and the foreign one. In this context, it is known that a number of districts lying on the coast of Izmir, Mugla, Antalya and Istanbul is considered the top of Turkish districts that have the highest prices in real estate.

The Highest Price Districts in Istanbul:

Khabar Turk Newspaper has published the results of its study on the highest price districts for each square meter of real estate in Turkey indicating that the first 50 highest price districts are located near the coast. This means that they are districts of a wonderful tourist character that is suitable for the interesting tourist holidays.

Istanbul comes first in terms of having the highest price districts for the square meter of real estate. Bishketash District occupies the top of the highest price districts for the square meter of real estate in Istanbul where the price of the square meter reaches 14,270 TRY. Sariyar District comes second and the price of the square meter reaches 11,350 TRY. Buzja Ada District, which lies between Istanbul and Chanak Kale, occupies the third place and the price of the square meter reaches 8,667 TRY. Bakirkoy District comes in the fourth place with a price of 8,651 TRY for each square meter of real estate.

Izmir Includes 12 Districts:

Izmir is one of the highest price districts for each square meter of real estate. Omar Turkoglu, the General Coordinator of the Tabu Sur Real Estate Website, stated that the 50 highest price districts in Turkey are distributed as follows: there are 27 districts in Istanbul, 12 districts in Izmir, 6 districts in Mugla, 2 districts in Antalya and 1 district in Ankara, Canakkale and Yalova.

Chashmeh, which is a coastal tourist district, comes first in Izmir where the price of one square meter is 8,521 TRY. Narlidere District comes second with a real estate price of 5,283 TRY.

The Highest Price Districts in Mugla:

In Mugla, it is noted that the famous district of ​​Bodrum is the most expensive district where the price of one square meter is 8,104 TRY. Dacha District comes second with a real estate price of 4,558 TRY per one square meter. ​​Marmaris District comes in the third place with a price of 4,321 TRY.

The Highest Price Districts in Ankara:

Although Ankara comes second after Istanbul in terms of the real estate sales, it includes only one district among the highest price districts for one square meter in Turkey. This may be due to its demographic nature rather than the tourist characteristics. Cankaya District, which includes the foreign diplomatic corps, is the highest price district for the square meter of real estate in Ankara with a price of 3,220 TRY.

The Highest Price Districts in Antalya:

Antalya is characterized by its distinctive tourist nature. As a result, it receives millions of tourists every year. ​​Kas District comes first with a price of 5,067 TRY per square meter. ​​Camardi comes second with a price of 4,025 TRY per square meter.

Finally, Termal District, which has the natural pools of sulfuric water, is the highest price district in Yalova with a price of 3,375 TRY per square meter.
