Location and strategic importance of the project

Service institutions
  • Başakşehir is one of the distinctive municipalities which is packed with all the service institutions in addition to that will be constructed to be distinctive all over Turkey. Transportation
  • The complex is just near an under constructed metro station that will serve the area of the complex and will be completed in 2018.
  • It is 1.3 km to a metro station in Başakşehir that would reach to the city center and Ataturk Airport. Moreover, all other transportation such as buses and minibuses are available passing through the complex door.
Future look
  • A new governmental square - with an area that doubles Taksim's area - will be constructed near the project. Furthermore, a 380,000 square meter botanical park will be constructed. It will include many activities such as a zoo, sports stadiums, and various special events that will lead to a definite increase in property prices.
